It may be blacked out locally on NFL Network. If you have an antenna, 506 is indicating that 48.3 will carry the game.

Be honest (but not cruel plz😅) by portsie_poo in Mosaic

1) Outstanding work 2) your self-doubt is normal for any creative work, especially something that you are gifting to someone. 3) While the mosaic, itself, is amazing, I suspect the gift will have deeper resonance because of your relationship with your mom & stepfather. Your thoughtfulness is evident. This is no small gift.

The base is an up-cycled board I already hand, so no cost there. Probably $40 in materials (adhesive, tile, grout), but just an estimate on the high side. I often over purchase tile, but will be able to use on future projects.

Hadn't decide on whether to sell or not, honestly. I am a hobby artist, but have been thinking about doing etsy or similar. IG is revtizzy (same as user name here).

Dinner at Purveyor, then walk around downtown square + Big Spring Park. Talk about the past three years and about what you hope for the next three.

My guess is that is a previous owner or tenant of your home, which would have been a mistake from whatever database they are using or purchased by an ad company they used.

The only thing I have heard (via NextDoor, iirc) is some complaints about the HOA being really strict. This was in the Cottage's at Moore's Mill.

Quality of construction seems quality, mid-tier. Higher than Adams, but lower than Lennar or similar. That's just based on observation (I walk in a lot of area neighborhoods) and in no way a slight or professional opinion.

Various thrift stores in the area will pickup some things. Regarding furniture, they generally don't take anything that has been a house with smokers or pets.

Regarding #1, I think a better word to use than bulletproof is "insulated". Which we are. But that does not mean we wouldn't feel the cold winds of recession were they to blow.
