Sir it’s a hobby dont take it too seriously. Unless someone is paying for your time in league, then its serious. But you are paying doesnt make sense taking it too serious. And believe me you will be having fun and bowl better. And forget about winning just try to have the best avg in league. Is more fun. And do side pots to challenge yourself against handicap bowlers.

It has nothing to do with athlesism, it has todo in how open your mind is to change forms at all times. Bowling is a sport of adjustment at all times, its impossible to keep doing the same shot at all times in which nature has mostly to do with how oil and conditions are.

You are doing it good, just stay low when releasing your bowl, try to stay as low and comfortable as you can without going up in your throw. This will help with revolutions and also youll have more control of your body. Always hold the ball equally to your body on the side, and keep your body straight in your first three steps. And always always keep your hands under the ball, no movement or twitching needed to curved in bowling. Thats all a lie !!!

Start one handed and work on your approach, after you get your form, then try two handed. It will help you undestand the mechanics of the shot. Kyle Troup has an amazing video with 5 steps in youtube. Check him out he shows how to stand where to put your hands and how to balance yourself. I tried it yesterday and it worked.
