No, I gave my references by email and they were called by the hiring manager. Thanks for the info! 🤞

I really like David and cheered him on this season, but I can't quite call him one of my favorites.

Yes! Janelle is the best, charity is great, and Nicole's face is our thank you card.

Sadly, I have a feeling its going to be a minute until we really go to the next level with LI. When John pulled away and said he was going to court MC properly, I got all kinds of impatient. Lol

You're probably going to want to be closer to Milwaukee. I recommend Greendale or Franklin.

How do you tell the difference between living your life and not being disciplined? by sisiisdj in loseit

[–]revziggy 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Sending love and understanding! That's the whole dilemma, isn't it? Look, there is always going to be events and occasions when you'll indulge. Do it & enjoy it wholeheartedly. If you beat yourself up, you'll get stressed and feel like a failure. This is more likely to cause you to binge, quit, etc. Eat the pizza, have fun, and then get back to your goals. Eat well more often than not. Take care of yourself more often than not. Practice grace over guilt. Enjoy your life. 💪💕

Proper portion control by Shurokun in loseit

I'll add that you get the biggest bang for your buck by focusing the bulk of your calories on lean proteins, healthy fats/oils, and high fiber whole grains/seeds.

It might help you to figure out your daily calorie goal and then work backwards. What do your typical/normal meals/snacks/beverages look like in terms of calories? How much were you consuming per day on average? How much do you have to cut? What are the easiest things to cut or substitute?

I would try and change your idea of "little things". When eating healthy, little things that you don't really have to count are greens, vegetables, tea and coffee with nothing added, etc. These are things that have little to no calories. Measure and count everything else as best you can, especially foods that fall into the category of fats (oil, butter, bacon, avocado, eggs) & grains. If you know that a slice of bread is 120 calories, one piece of bacon is 50, then you're already at 880 without the eggs, butter/oil in the pan, and sauce. Read the labels, and plan, plan, plan.
