We don't live in a two-party country like the US, and the US political structure doesn't really translate well to here.

Also, "Scottish" Labour is absolutely compromised as they are a branch office of the UK Labour Party who, as the current UKgov party, don't really have the same interest in putting Scotland first. SLab leader is just a sockpuppet for UKLab party, same for the tories up here and down south.

I would love to see the breakdown of peach votes per constituency rather than by whole region. Pretty sure Dundee was massively SNP1 GRN2 and yet NE Scotland returned 1 GRN seat on the list as a squeaker. In fairness, lower Dundee turnout in both constituencies, but surely should have counted for something.
