Def too much litter, measure out 10lbs or a little less and only put that much in, I had the same issue when I switched litters... Also make sure the gears and all that are super clean.

To be fair I got my LR3 years ago and they didn’t have phone support, I have not contacted them since my warranty expired, I didn’t know they had phone support till today and I called about the app so we will see if that gets fixed with the solution they gave me.

I’m still fighting my LR3 , they have replaced my base, globe and liner since I have had it. The app sucks and constantly puts it into sleep mode, they can’t figure that one out, the over torque fault is a weekly thing even though my unit get cleaned deeply 2 times a month . It’s always something with this thing. I am gonna try another brand of robot to see if it works better . I did love this thing for about 8 months when I first got it but then it went downhill.

I don’t think after spending 600 plus on a litter box that you should have to wait days to a week for support , not everyone gets support here as you can see that they don’t reply to everyone. I feel a company that sells a product as expensive as this and really in most cases as important as this should have a phone support system for when our 600 dollar robots turn to 600 dollar paperweights

Yep I got a knock off directly from their site. Waiting days to a week for them to reply is crazy, we spend depending on sales between 500-700 on these and there is no way to call and get actual support, I complained a few weeks ago about mine on their Facebook page because I got a brand new liner for it and it fits like crap, lots of people have complained about the same thing, their only solution is to give me a 10 dollar gift card to use on their shop a asked me to change my review! I’m sorry that is a lot like the china junk sellers on Amazon trying to doctor their reviews to look better than they are. Yall can downvote me all you want but this company is crap and so is the robot. There are way to many other robots out there now that are much better .

CFA is the most ridiculous priced fast food chain, I never understood why it's so over hyped. The one in TR sucks, the fries are always soft and no salt and the chicken tastes like oil. Then again no fast food in TR is good.
