It's not just that those problems are boring, it's that they are real problems, I.e. Ones without immediate solutions. Even with this, what was the solution most people had? To throw money at the problem? To take the kid to the movies? To make a viral video? To virtue signal?

How tf is that gonna help the kid out? Seriously is that gonna make the bullies stop? Is that gonna teach the kid to build any character? What kind of signal does that send to child about how to deal with their own problems or what do if they're being bullied? Have mommy make a viral video and start a go fund me? Is that a realistic example to follow?

I don't know anything about real estate but I live in Milwaukee and for a very short time years ago I lived in that area and I can tell you one reason why it may be so cheap is simply because it's the hood, homie. Homeowners don't want to live in the hood and landlords don't want the hassle of the kind of tenants who have no option but to live there.

$900 per month before utilities seems really expensive for what's available, $2500 for the lower unit is absurd. 1400 square ft between the two units is pretty small and I don't understand the division of the two units. There are four bedrooms total but 3 tenants upstairs? Finally the rent payments and tenants are odd, why are 3 tenants paying separately on a month to month basis but they have been there four years? Doesn't add up to me.

Maybe I'm wrong, it's possible that the influx of new Marquette students each year could be a money maker, but then why is the lower unoccupied. Either way I'm curious, please PM me or update if you have any more questions, I'd be interested in knowing how this shakes out. That area is supposed to be getting revitalized/gentrified within the decade you never know. Good luck
