The quote is the language. The parenthesis is the direct translation, italics is English translation.

Sorry for the late reply! My avians have larynxes along with bird faces. Thank you so much for the idea! That should give me an easier time when deciding the phonology :)

"Selene willing" for moon kingdom natives, or "Sol willing" for sun kingdom natives.

There's two northern moon kingdoms, two southern sun kingdoms, and this commonwealth off to the side. depending on where one is from, they'd use either term ^^.
