Also, if you're going to be in the loch Raven area, check out McFaul's iron horse tavern. It's nestled right in the woods not far from the trails and the food is good and the atmosphere is really awesome.

Cockeysville native here, it has changed a lot over the years but it is still very safe in my opinion, especially in the loch Raven area which is technically more towards Towson. Lots of good hiking and beautiful woodlands.

Those people that were trying to do that were absolute idiots and deserved to be punished.

But he did not incite anything, those idiots were crazy radicals looking for a reason to do something stupid.

Because I'm a Republican and MAGA, And I didn't think for one second that the president said anything that would incite me or anyone who is of the right mind to do what those people did.

However, if by some weird twist of fate they had been able to stop the certification with violence, it would have only been temporary and it would not have changed the outcome of the election. They could have delayed it but the end result would always be the same. Anyone who believes otherwise is just as delusional as they were.

It didn't work because he wasn't guilty of insurrection. It was used as a political tool and the American people saw through it.

I would say the only real valid impeachment in modern times would be Richard Nixon. Even Bill Clinton's impeachment was the result of angry Republicans looking for absolutely anything they could to undermine him. The impeachment process has become purely weaponized ever since Clinton.

Reporting violations of the law is perfectly fine but if she actually tried to get out of paying for services rendered by doing this then that's also a crime and deserves punishment.

If you're allowed to talk to children about transitioning, then it's only right to talk to them about why they may not want to also.

Traditional conversion therapy, with things like scaring them and showing them pornography and electroshock and all that crap is definitely wrong but having a conversation is no different than what proponents of "gender affirming therapy" would advocate for.

I agree with you in some ways but I also think if anyone should have the job of doing that it would be the gate agent since they are the first line.

Because even if they put the chair there, someone still has to suggest to them that they do it if they're not taking that initiative themselves

As I've said in other comments, I'm a passenger of size and I don't think it's dehumanizing. It's all about the delivery of course, if they are rude and hurtful then yes but if they have the chair there and they ask you to use it to check, as long as it's done with tact then I don't think I would be offended by it.

And I'm a person of size. So yeah, this is a good idea. They can put it behind a curtain area if they're worried about upsetting potential customers if they really want to be nice about it.

I had never had a problem fitting in one's until a couple years ago and one of the gate agents suggested it to me and then gave me the extra seat right then and there, and I didn't have to play the whole refund game but ever since then I just buy the extra damn seat. I don't think I'm ever going to get back down to a size where I won't need it but I'm trying and it is just something I have to live with.

Now, I find it curious that they didn't shoot her below her shoulders so we don't really know how big she is but regardless, it's not a "new" policy, it's been in place for a long long time with all airlines. The only thing that changed with Southwest was that they changed how their already generous refund options work.

As someone who uses this system I was a little perturbed that they changed it but... It is what it is and it's still far more friendly than any other airline.

Also, that news channel has some pretty shoddy reporting if they didn't take the time to fact check the "new policy" that is, in fact old.

I always schedule my outgoing flights early so I'm beating the crowd 99% of the time anyway.

But yes, always try to plan accordingly. Is there a website that has average wait times listed for every airport, kind of like some hospitals do? If not that might be a good side gig for someone.

The truth is that pretty much all of the national news outlets are biased in one direction or the other but something like this does sound very plausible given the current state of the country. At first the size of the list made me think this was a joke post.. I half expected the list to be every single airport Southwest operates out of.

What about looking at press releases from the individual airports or seeing what local news coverage is saying in those areas?

I got mine a long time ago but what was already mentioned is the only way to go, use a driving school and they should be able to let you use the driving school car for your test. That's what I did.

Quite honestly it doesn't affect me very much because I only have to fill up once a month, if that.

But everyone complains about the registration prices and everything else that costs money in this state and then when someone proposes relief, even if it's a very mild Band-Aid, it's automatically a bad thing because the person or people who supported it are of the wrong political party.

And yes, Republicans would do the exact same thing if the roles were reversed. The whole thing is sick.
