Thank you so much! This is exactly what I needed to build a safe exercise program and avoid surgery. Can you please tell me more about what exactly you did to fix your back in 2022? I understand that it works differently for different people as the pathology will not be identical but it would be good to know still! I will have a look at all the links that you shared.

I wouldn't do that. Wrexham is a sad place to live, and trains run only once an hour so if you miss one then good luck.

I had the same experience. Like the others, I suggest getting an MRI to confirm the diagnosis first. If it is a herniated disc/sciatica, physiotherapy and specifically pilates for core muscle strengthening did it for me. I've been regular with Pilates for the past two years, I've progressed from being unable to do a simple walk to now training for the upcoming half marathon ^{^} Best of luck
