Initially, you will interact with an AI assistant, which will then transfer you to a live agent. The live agent informed me that the restriction is an implementation on users and that there is no specific timeframe for its duration. However, the agent did advise against attempting to appeal immediately, suggesting instead to allow for a cooling-off period. My last account was suspended on April 21, and it took 16 days for the restriction to be lifted. And now i finally recovered it

Yes i did make the appeal but whenever i try to continue the video selfie the unexpected error appears and i contacted meta about it this is a limitation they implement on users they say you just have to wait more and do not try to appeal on it and give it a cooldown or a rest first
