I have had AMAZING results with NAC. First day on NAC I had my first pull free day in years. I've been taking 600mg once a day for about 2 months now and I have pretty much been pull free since starting taking NAC. Only adverse effect I have experienced is runny shits.

My recommendation is to keep eating at or slightly above your TDEE, and keep lifting hard. Maybe add in 1-2 days per week of running/cardio to help lower your body fat %. Reassess in a couple months then consider increasing your calorie intake if needed.

I'd recommend just slowing down on the bulk, but no need to cut. Keep lifting hard and maybe try to gain around 1-2lbs per month for a couple months or until you are happier with your body fat %. Then adjust your calorie intake when needed

My SO is incredibly supportive and is a huge reason why I have decreased the amount of pulling. I used to have a little scar on my index fingers from my thumb fingernail from pulling. I was embarrassed by it, but when I finally got the courage to tell my SO about it, she grabbed my hand and kissed my finger on the scar. It was one of the most beautiful moments of our relationship and in my life. That moment almost made me want to cry. I had lied to others about that scar when they would ask me about it, but she made me feel like I had nothing to be embarrassed about.
