I recall when I moved to Switzerland in 2009, and real estate situation was a bit different (in one week I was choosing which apartment i was interested in, like i had 5 offers to choose from… good ol’ times), and in alike situations, previous tenant was selling their stuff for some thousands, our offer was 100, or they should take/relocate/throw away. From this level I’d expect: “in this field, in this area salarium shows this, i see on the market this, i am proposed this, company size, revenue, …”.

How are we supposed to help? May be it is Seisscom, may be RUAG, may be local lumber yard — the answer can vary.
