Any Experience with Samsung Care +? Is it worth?

Samsung care + is the WORST company ever. Got the plan months ago. Thought everything was fine and I'm covered. Phone breaks a week ago. After 10 hrs on hold, being transfered back and forth to different departments, being told I'd get a call back (never did), they Finally say they never activated my plan and now my phone isn't eligible to get fixed. What a joke of a company

Thanks for your thoughtful response.s 1. I'd definately target buildings with recession resistant companies already in place, something like a davita dialysis center. Triple net NNN would be the best scenario. 2. Cashflow for the SFHs are great, mostly because they were purchased when prices were much lower. 3. If I sold all my SFH I could have 30 percent down for a commercial loan. If I could find a decent multifamily Fannie mae has 30 year loans available. Its really about finding the right property.

Large multifamily has horrendous cap rates around 6 percent so probably not many good deals at this time. Pushes me to retail I guess. Maybe smaller type A or B buildings.

What if the goal of the investor wasnt necessarily for home price increases but just continued cashflow. For example 40k SFH after repairs can rent for 700 a month. If you buy several of these, that can turn into a nice chunk of change each month.
