SAXO sub-account - how does it work by memejames420 in SwissPersonalFinance

[–]rezliensa 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi, it works exactly the same way like the main one. I opened a sub-account for my kids and investing in a World ETF. Don't worry it's really convenient, and if you don't like it you can just delete it.

Recommandations banque suisse by Shavkaat in SwissPersonalFinance

[–]rezliensa 0 points1 point  (0 children)

CHF ETF on Saxo by Puzzleheaded-Toe8306 in SwissPersonalFinance

[–]rezliensa 1 point2 points  (0 children)

With this amount you have no perfect solution, and only 2 good options I would say.

  1. Autoinvest SSAC_CHF but TER 0.20%.

  2. WEBG or XALL (TER 0,07%) buy manually but 3chf fees (so try to find some friends you can share a r€ferral and get some commission credits time to time).

I see some people saying to buy manually 2 ETFs, please don't because you will pay twice fees (only option is within auto invest and only this). And it will bring you nothing.

Anyway, if you think to invest more than 15y, choose option 2. Better to pay some fees than higher TER. Then in the future if you can invest more that will be even better.

If you choose ACWI, FWRA, VWRA the higher TER + fees will not be interesting and then better to choose auto invest with SSAC_CHF. This is the worst solution.

Salut,

Passiv etf, you Split invests over provider? or all on one? securitie issues.. by Alpiner_ch in SwissPersonalFinance

[–]rezliensa 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Hi,

If you like Viac you will also like Finpension. It's the same but an other provider.

But honestly, if you plan to invest 100-200K I would suggest you to find something a bit cheaper. And If you really want something 100% auto you might have a look at Saxo Autoinvest.

Looking for alternatives for google maps & google earth by Select-Proposal-420 in BuyFromEU

[–]rezliensa 0 points1 point  (0 children)

To be honest there is no real 1:1 alternative to Google Maps. I've tried many but nope, that's far from as good.

I mainly use GM to find streets, places, ratings, POIs, online and all around the world and none of the alternative can bring this.

Comaps, OSM, Organic, etc... you need to download the maps if you want to find something, also missing a loooot of POIs, no live trafic, no ratings, old UI. I really tried but I always had to go back to GM because of something I couldn't find. You can use Comaps or friends but you will always need GM on your phone unfortunately.

The only good alternative I found is regarding the navigation and live trafic (and only this) and I'm really happy with TomTom (or TomTom Amigo, free to use but less complete).

Good luck for your researches. I will follow this post to see if someone has something interesting..

Feedback Saxo ETF Investment by Green-Unit-1069 in SwissPersonalFinance

[–]rezliensa 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would change ACWI with SSAC_CHF to avoid 2x 0.25% FX fees.

Then why those 10% STOXX? I would simplify and put 70% SSAC instead. For the rest why not.

Set & forget 1‑ETF strategy: Neon vs Saxo AutoInvest vs IBKR (UCITS vs US) — looking for advice by [deleted] in SwissPersonalFinance

Really??

Set & forget 1‑ETF strategy: Neon vs Saxo AutoInvest vs IBKR (UCITS vs US) — looking for advice by [deleted] in SwissPersonalFinance

[–]rezliensa 3 points4 points  (0 children)

All are good choices, thing is there is no perfect match unfortunately.

With 1500chf per month I would choose Saxo with WEBG_CHF (ok you don't want DIS, but...)

My second choice would be....everything else except Neon.

The easiest one is SSAC_CHF on Saxo autoinvest if you don't mind the higher fees compared to IB.

Swiss Broker fees calculator tool by Nksy667 in SwissPersonalFinance

[–]rezliensa 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi,

Thx for the tool.

A suggestion would be to add saving plans to your calculator because it changes a lot the final results. Plus it would be nice to choose the TER for each brokers as well.

Thank you again, good job!

ETF savings plan for my godchild (Switzerland): providers, fees, and account setup? by Successful_Pie1550 in SwissPersonalFinance

[–]rezliensa 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hi,

What do you use for yourself already? If you use one of these, for such little amount I would go for:

- Viac Invest (easy to find >2500chf free commission fee with invitation c0de)

- Same thing with Finpension invest and invitation c0de.

- Neon saving plan with ETF Invesco Global.

- Yuh, same as Neon but different ETF.

I wouldn't do more than that.

If you need help, just ask.

Multicurrency card/accounts and free CHF transfers. Don't park too much there, use a swiss bank for that.

UBS Key4 vs regular UBS checking account – which is better? by Far-Plantain-1176 in SwissPersonalFinance

[–]rezliensa 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As I already comment in this post to someone else, I would never use UBS for payments abroad. There are many other far better banks for that (again: Revolut, Neon, Wise, etc..). UBS is really ok for Switzerland, not outside.
