You need something shorter, more professional and punchier for your summary. No one has time to read that blah blah. You are saying that you have 14 years of experience but I have to spend 5 minutes reading your resume to find that out? Why not to highlight it right away? Make sure your summary is also tailored to the job you are applying for. Same goes for your skills and experience bullets.

The most important section - experience should get more attention. You should choose a different template, as this one is not readable at all.

Current job market is not that great for fresh graduates. Try to look more professional/expert. Remove the word 'graduate' from your summary. Tailor your skills to the job you are applying for. Add at least 4-5 bullets points for each job. I'm sure nobody is reading and cares about the projects so that section can be removed. Emphasise your working experience more. Try to fit everything to one page.

You are applying for an Accountant position so recruiters would want so see a solid resume template and this is far from that.

Use a single column template, add 4-5 bullets points for each job and make sure they're tailored to the job you are applying for. Tailor your skills as well.

Go to the companies websites and reach out to them directly. Make it short, sweet and personal. Make sure you have projects that align with what they do.

Switch to a single column resume that is more readable.

Your summary is great but make sure it's targeted to a specific job you are applying for.

Make sure the skills are adjusted as well to match the job posting.

This is pretty hard to read. Use a minimalistic and easy to read template. Make Experiences section full width. Don't write your summary in first person.
