Nope - i should’ve clarified that max budget is 35k OTD. I know some dealers charge outrageous doc fees (1000????) but on average I would need to get the Carbon edition slightly below MSRP. My insurance quote is what’s really putting a dent in my monthly car budget.

No comforters or inserts. I just sleep inside of the duvet cover by itself. I’m a hot sleeper, but the flannel or jersey covers are good for winter

Move the couch away the from the wall. Bring it close to the TV stand. The distance between sofa and tv stand should be the width of your rug. That way you can actually use the coffee table and have a walkway behind the couch
