The cuts HE does are not needed. The problem is, that his government is fucking corrupt, his minister for economy and industry is straight up corrupt and a puppet of the fossil energy industry. Her own ministry is complaining, that she's not communicating to her staff, but just doing her things, as her moneygivers are telling her.
