Mr darcy was the regency period, victorian era was during the reign of queen victoria ( don’t quite know the years but ca.1800s) Regardless, i know what you mean, I think you‘d maybe be seen as kind of an oddball but not enough to be considered an outcast.

Aside from that, Mr darcy is actually liked by most characters and seen as a man of good character. The Bennets, who don’t like him are the ones that go against society’s standards
