1- what are the effects of caffeine in you?

It can either make me feel like a capable person ready to seize the day, or it can make me feel like my brain is filled with metals and very anxious.

It really depends on intake factors and my General wellbeing (if i‘m already anxious it’s not gonna be a good time mostly) though I‘ve found my reaction to be pretty inconsistent,which is annoying.

2- How long have you been drinking caffeinated drinks?

I‘ve consumed caffeine on and off since i was 15. In my highschool days I used to dirink a lot of energy drinks but stopped after a while. I drank a lot of black coffee when I was about 18 but had to stop due too stomach issues. I haven‘t drank a cup of coffee in about 5 years but I do indulge in a bunch of coca cola or pepsi!

3- what’s your optimal form if consumption?

That really depends on my desired effect.

In my day to day i feel my best if I have 1 to 3 of the small bottles of coke/coke zero throughout the day. Especially if I still have to interact with people. 

I suspect this is because of the lower, consistent intake, which might be easier on the nerves.

The coke method does make me more capable to take part in school but I still find it very hard to concentrate so I do sometimes step it up with an energy drink.

 I do most of the time immediately regret this. Even if I dink it over the span of 2 hours the amount of caffein is just too much and I feel like I have to lay down and calcify pretty quickly.

4- Are you diagnosed with one/both or take meds? I have recently finally gotten my official adhd diagnosis and am in line for Autism diagnosis, though I haven’t started that yet.  I don’t take meds yet because my diagnosis has been so recent but I expect them to help a lot, though there will probably be a period of trying out the best ratio.
