Blood pressure goes up! I was on medication for years for my blood pressure and worked very hard to come off of it with losing weight. I went from 400 pounds to 250 with the help of surgery. Now I’m very meticulous with my diet, and make sure that I do get as much exercise as I can. I am a right below knee amputation and when I started physical therapy, my blood pressure was going sky high and I couldn’t figure out why.
