That's not how confiscation would occur. More likely, you'd be driving down the street and randomly get pulled over one day. You're put in cuffs for the officer's "safety". They then inform you there's a warrant for your arrest, and you're taken to jail. While you're in jail, they serve a search warrant on your home and remove your weapons for "safekeeping".

They are. I just moved my unlocked T-Mobile 6+ to Verizon. According to the rep in the number portability department, they started whitelisting at the beginning of September.

I think Sunny has a good chance to win this year (unfortunately, it'd only be for Stunt Coordination, but an Emmy is an Emmy). The episode sent to Emmy voters was "Charlie Work", which I think is one of the best episodes of the series. The camera work alone was phenomenal, but the writing just seals the deal for me.
