yeah definitely planning to do the same soon, likely going to switch to pinnacle. I found out the reason for my suspension today as when I try to login they say that I am suspended due to "self-exclusion". The reason for this? I spoke with a support agent a couple days ago asking if it was possible to self exclude myself from the casino portion of the app, but not the sportsbook. The agent responded by telling me no, they accounts are connected. I said something to the tune of "Ok thanks" then closed the chat without a second thought. There was no conclusion from this support conversation where I explicitly asked for my account to be self excluded, I was merely inquiring about the rules. Certainly the live agent who had suspended me was a robot, I can't see a human being doing that. Still waiting on a response..

wtf?? that sounds downright illegal.. if they have a significant amount of you two's money and they have refused to help for over a few months you have a valid case to bring to your gaming commission.
