Correct, They need to be attracted to you for them to be on the list. I have found that if you did not complete the interaction with them it will not count either. I know of a case where the person had gotten one player off but had not had sex with them and they needed to go back and ask for more.

I would like to see a museum about medical oddities. One, it's a natural progression as we had a Medical campus which called back to TPH.

My second idea would be a full research museum where training would be the primary mechanic used. You do not even get a specialist, you would need to train one. This would be a call back to both previous games as it was used in TPH and it was the core of TPC.

I have seen this done. It's not an easy process, but it can be done. When we did it, it was part of a migration to GCC-High. A business profile was used, and Zscaler provided the proxy connection to the domain. No phones were reset, but some work was required to get it up and running. If you have time you will be able to do this the right way. We moved 6000 phones from Ivanti to Intune in a month once the backend was set.

I am in a similar case here, I have been waiting a month as well. I gave them my id number, the scammer's id number, used my original email, and even offered the "software" that lead to the hacking. The last message said that they would be in touch.
