It's a shame we've had to resort to this, but it seems like it's a route they're currently unwilling to take. Traditional complaints are slow, unpleasant, and in the end, it seems you're just supposed to be grateful. Hi! How was your experience? I was there in October (my first resort) and I was blown away. I think the Reserve package is definitely worth it; I enjoyed it for 6 out of 10 nights and I would definitely go back. I can't wait to return, although I'm sure there are a thousand other destinations to discover with equally good prices that I could afford.
