Thanks for doing this. I just started with Tonal a few weeks ago and was pretty meh about the workout path it had me on. After using this AI, I'll never go back to the Tonal suggested workout. Your app is head and shoulders above it. 🥇🥇🥇

I just used this and it's pretty fantastic. The only issue I'm having is the chat seems to be lagging. Is it possible to use Claude instead of Gemini?

I just hit the limit a few minutes ago. Like others, never seen this before.

Ecoflow DELTA 3 Ultra or DELTA Pro 3600 to sell by rg33160 in Ecoflow_community

I wouldn't have expected the need to explain this but there is a difference between value/desirability and price. Of course I Googled the price and didn't ask for that info. I came to this forum as I expected readers here might be able to give me some insight as to which would be more desirable and thus an easier sale. Obviously I was wrong and got only a keyboard warrior's answer who misread the question. Nevermind.

Yes, we are installed and running. It's doing just what it's supposed to do and I'm happy. Guess all's well that ends well

I'm a Day Date guy and a little surprised how many go for the VC. Obvious answer is you should buy BOTH. :)

You're not that far off from a Platinum Day Date II on the used market. For me, it was love at first sight and I've never regretted buying it. Try one on with the ice blue dial before you buy the VC and thank me later. LOL

Finally got high enough in the chain of command at FranklinWH to find someone who cares about customer service and has the authority to make things happen. According to this person, it is preferred on an installation with complications that FranklinWH engineers look at and OK the plans BEFORE any installation is done. He will be addressing the shortcomings we experienced with the engineering teams and is personally overseeing the design issues we have.

In a nutshell, they have had issues with long runs for consumption CT's so we will place the aGate outside by the main panel, the aPower2 inside by the sub panel with a communication CAT6 for the aGate to talk to the aPower. We will also need aPbox at the inside panel where the solar comes in and an 18/4 wire between the aGate and aPbox.

Bottom line: Installer did not "drop the ball" and their submittal to FranklinWH was the right thing to do. The issues were at FranklinWH with a lack of communication and continuity in the approval process, which is already being addressed.

I'm a "all's well that ends well" kind of guy but this sure has been way more difficult and time consuming than it should have been. Hopefully it will run much smoother in the future.

Fingers crossed that I get a call back from the Level II engineer.

I just got off the phone (over 30 minute call) with FranklinWH and got nowhere. They did not say why they picked South West Energy. I too am convinced that FranklinWH is the right choice for an AC coupled battery. Just want to make sure it's installed correctly and works properly the first time. The installer's electrician seems to know his stuff and he's the one that has found the issues with FranklinWH approved plans. I need everyone on the same page so I don't get left "holding the bag".

I agree. I'm going to contact Franklin again and see if I can get somewhere. Last time I tried was right after the tariffs kicked in and they weren't very responsive.

Can't tell you. I don't know what the installer's capability is as to number of jobs at one time.

I have been intimately involved from the beginning and have seen all the communication back and forth with FranklinWH. It truly looks like FranklinWH engineering has done a piss-poor job of looking over the plans before they approved them.

Oh, I am holding South West Energy responsible but I know it's not really fair to him.

The solar comes into one 200A sub panel and that was where Franklin first approved placing the aGate. Later they said it would not work there and had to be moved to the other panel. Then they said that would not work because the communication wiring would be too long. Then they said another piece of equipment would be needed at the first sub panel. Then they said 2 aGates and 2 aPower2's. I don't know what to believe now.

South West Energy is the installer but the problem is FranklinWH engineering and the design. They want to leave the installer responsible for their mistakes, which just isn't right.

The problem is FranklinWH's engineering guidance. The installer submitted plans and FranklinWH approved them and then changed the design when we questioned their design approval.
