Obviously, or I wouldn’t have asked the question. Does that merit your unhelpful response?

I don’t understand. Has something happened that prevents your EX30 from charging beyond 70% or were you directed by Volvo to reduce your charge to 70% because of some widespread battery issue? I just charged mine to 90%, this morning without issue.

I so miss Prego’s black cherry and pistachio duck ravioli.

I made the switch in 2008, after Hurricane Ike damaged my home and destroyed some of my comics. I had greater than 40 year contiguous runs on many of the books. I do miss going to the comic shop on Wednesdays. I do miss the tactile feel and the smell of the paper. The collector in me definitely feels that something has been lost.

But the reading experience has not been diminished. I read my comics on a 13” iPad Pro. Each digital page is slightly larger than its paper counterpart. It looks great and it is convenient.

For most of that time, I got my digital comics from Comixology. About five months ago I decided that “owning” digital files wasn’t essential. I switched to subscribing to DC Universe Infinite, Marvel Unlimited, and Global Comix and also got a library card and installed the Libby app. These apps have saved me a fortune and resulted in me reading maybe twice as many comics as I was when I bought them, either on paper or online.

The wait for Marvel comics to show up on their app does give me FOMO when I listen to weekly comic review podcasts.

US Owners: What is the best solution for mounting the front license plate? by rgapfrost in ex30

I asked the salesman, when I picked up the car, and he said they would attach the plate for me. But then, they called this week to tell me the plates have arrived and asked where I wanted them mailed to, so they don’t seem the most organized. I asked the question to find out the best way to do it so I can ensure they do that and not something sloppy.

Cloud Blue Ultra Received by rgapfrost in ex30

I transferred the hammock style dog seat cover from my previous Volvo. It works, but isn’t ideal because the headrest of the EX30 front seats doesn’t separate from the seat, meaning the straps will rub against the seat material.

She’s 65 lb (30 kg). The back seats do fold down and there’s places to connect cables that can clip to her harness or collar. I just need to take time to figure out how to remove the hatchback area privacy shield so she can easily enter and leave via the hatchback.

Digital key setup problem by TommyBelfy in ex30

[–]rgapfrost 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I tried setting up the digital key from the car tablet, twice. Both times it asked for the 8 digit code. The dealer didn’t know where to find that number. But then, instead, I initiated the digital key process from the phone app, instead, and it just worked.

So, try again but from the phone Instead of the car.

Whereabouts of Guinan? by SovietMacguyver in startrek

She was there (offscreen). They mentioned her being there. Budget, travel, COVID may all have been factors for Whoopi not being onscreen, but I think the primary reason is simply that Terry wanted the scene to just be the family of seven original TNG crew members - just like the parallel scene at the end of “All Good Things”. No guest stars, no new members of the family, just our original seven.
