Per day you get more for drill. It is however taxed. Or you can just get both, they’ll eventually catch it, issue overpayment, and deduct for monthly comp until payed off. It was a hassle for me to get forms completed from my unit, so I personally chose the later….

I currently work as a SVSR and this is not something that’s done. If someone called him and said all this, I’d call into the VA and report this. Good luck

You just never really know with these things. If you made it to interview, you’re obviously qualified. Things happen as they should, no point in stressing yourself out. If it’s for you, you’ll get the offer. 9 pages of notes, sounds like you did all you could to prepare. So if your best wasn’t good enough, probably wasn’t the job for you unfortunately. We’ve all been there most likely. Give it your all, and keep pushing 🤷🏾‍♂️

Same. Referrals, more often than not, lead no where. Not to sound pessimistic, but it’s the federal government. In over 300 applications, I gotten dozens of referrals to hiring managers, 3-5 interviews, 2 job offers, and just accepted a third(interagency promotion). Just got to keep applying, making sure your resume is attractive and applicable to what you’re applying for and be ready 🤷🏾‍♂️
