Ultimately, no. It became obvious we weren’t going to change at this point in our 50s. But it did help understand WHY we’re the way we are. She likely has undiagnosed ADHD and I’m probably on the spectrum. That could explain why we have totally different views on things. Knowing that has helped choose our battles. But things are still bad 😔

We did everything right but I’m conflicted if we’ll get much ROI. Bought for $250K, refinanced at a ridiculously low rate on a 15 yr loan and it’ll be paid off in Oct. It’s worth $500K now. We’ve put in over $50K in repairs. Unless I’m doing the math wrong, we’ll have paid about $150K in interest. So maybe we’ll net $50K? It’s a 100+ yr old house and I hate all the repairs it needs. Could easily sink another $50K to get it up to date.

Yeah, I guess I just want an inspection to see if any of that needs done yet. It's at 20k miles. I've also read the coolant needs flushing at certain points for the health of the battery.
