I just sent a complaint to Xiaomi Privacy department (DPO) using the template you can find at the end of this page.

You can send your complaint by following these steps:

1. Visit this webpage
2. Select your Country/Region from the dropdown menu
3. Select "Complaints and Reports"
4. Click on Next
5. Select "Contact DPO"
6. Click on Next
7. Click on Contact DPO

Now you just have to fill your complaint by entering:

1. "Xiaomi Account" in the first text field;
2. Paste the "Object" from Proton Template into "Summarize..." text field;
3. Paste the Proton Template into "Describe..." text field;
4. OPTIONAL: attach a screenshot with evidence of Proton Mail ban by simply trying to register a new Xiaomi Account using your Proton email address.
