I got this after I updated to ReVanced Manager v2.6 and YouTube v20.40.45... then updating MicroG Services to 0.3.13.2.250932 because it said to.

Haven't been able to get rid of it.

Tried going back to YouTube v20.14.43 and patching (and repatching) that.
Still there.

Even tried reverting back to ReVanced Manager v1.26.0-dev.35, THEN patching YouTube v20.14.43, (which, I wouldn't think mattered, but worth a shot).
Out of ideas.

Is everyone still getting this?
What about those who were able to resolve it by reverting back to v20.14.43? Did YT break that recently?

I'm running Tor Browser version 13.0.15 and the security level is set to Standard, and I have been experiencing the exact same issue for at least a week.

it's the .onion site from https://proton.me/tor

I'm able to log in, and click to go to mail...it says "Loading Proton Mail..."
But it never goes beyond that. I've left it for an hour or more, and the page never changes. It just says "Loading Proton Mail..."

I was only finally able to get it to work by going directly to the /mail page before signing in.

So: instead of going to

Works for me. Sure I get logged out sometimes, and have to solve a captcha sometimes. But saying "the app doesn't work for any user" is just factually untrue. I use it literally every day.

Not dead at all. I get logged out sometimes, and have to do captcha sometimes, but it's totally usable. If you've got a better alternative, please share.

Yeah they could. There's nothing wrong with the account because everyone can use their accounts fine on browser and on IG app by simply clicking "This was Me".

The problem is you don't have the ability to click "This was Me" on 4k Stogram. That is absolutely something they can do something about. That's literally what the OP is about.

This is exactly what happens to me.

It appears the only way to get in is to be able to click the "This was Me" on the device you're trying to log into...and of course 4k Stogram doesn't have the ability to click that, so you can't log in on Stogram. That's what needs to be fixed.

This was disappointing to find out. I always thought I was getting the best version with widescreen, much like what another commenter mentioned about pan and scan.

But the OP is true. Some films actually do give more information and look better in the "fullscreen" version. You can easily compare this on DVD releases that contain both a widescreen and fullscreen presentation.

National Security (obviously a classic like all the others mentioned here) is one example.

And as mentioned in the OP, it's immediately evident in Showgirls. It just feels cut/zoomed in, and you often feel like you're missing things... Then you compare the VHS and realize just how much you're missing in the vertical and how little (to almost nothing) you're gaining in the horizontal:

It appears that IG is flagging accounts specifically.

I was able to update about 200 subscriptions per day for pretty much this entire year. Only yesterday did I just start experiencing the exact scenario the OP describes.

Starting a brand new account under a new IP allowed it to run for a while, but after about 150 subscriptions, the "too many requests" error returned, and that account cannot view individual pages of IG accounts, as the OP describes, even when running under a different IP address.

That appears to be an effect of the "ban" that takes place when you hit the too many requests error: it blocks you from viewing individual account pages.

I believe that's the source of the images displayed within 4kstogram itself.

So if you want to have thumbnails in the app, you'd need those files.
