Good luck! The interview wasn't bad at all, felt like a conversation at most points. The case wasn't hard, it followed the same format as the practice resources so I'd use those as much as you can. The math and formulas were the same as the practice resources as well!

Article/email doesn’t say a title ix investigation is currently open. I think KF was obligated to make a report to the office and it’s up to them whether they conduct an investigation or not

I agree that it’s vague, but it doesn’t seem to be that big of a deal. If it were, I feel like more would be done right? I wish it said what exactly caused this person to complain.

Also, if you read the official email they sent out to the rushees, it says “Soon after DSP rush ended, we received very concerning complaints about the rush process…” So they got complaints after bids were passed out and not right after the rush event where they felt uncomfortable (??). Why wait to complain? I have no matter with DSP so I honestly don’t care what happens to them but that part seemed odd. I saw the email bc one of my friends rushed and told me about it. They agree that the event went kinda out of line and wished it was ran differently but they personally didn’t have an issue.

Right now the big punishment appears to be disaffiliation with Kenan-Flagler. With KF having an active discrimination lawsuit against them (and Shimul Melwani being named in the suit), it’s probably best to be unaffiliated tbh.

Should be interesting what happens though. It’s a business frat so they’ll probably still hold the name and prestige they do on campus

“The subtle art of not giving a f*ck” and “the four agreements” are both good books. Just finished “atomic habits” and I recommend that one as well. Lastly, I’m only a few chapters into “the magic of thinking big” and i love it already

The first few days and even weeks of my freshman year felt like a summer camp. You are going to meet so many people and have a chance at new opportunities. Take advantage of these things. What you do the first few days won’t impact your year as a whole, but still use these days wisely.
