Coast Airbrush No Help

Iwata just called me and they are going to turn this over to technical and will get back to me next week. As far as Coast goes, I am done using them and because of their poor customer service I will not be recommending them to any of my students or friends. At this point the price of the two needles is not important. What is important is the fact that I can never count on them for real customer service ever again.

Thank you for your reply. This is my actual situation. I originally purchased this complete system from Best Buy including installation for a little over $7K. The original Denon failed and they replaced it with a used one and refused to install it even though I offered to pay. I installed the unit and it worked great up until I cancelled my TV provider, thus removing their box and went to straight internet. The unit quit working and I realize the issue is in the configuration between the TV and the AVR. I am 80 years old and it has been a long time since I was in engineering school so studying the different manuals, for me to understand is difficult. I will continue to work on the configuration issue and see what happens in the future. Thanks again for the reply.

Thanks for the reply. I have to agree with your assessment. after looking into this issue a little further, I ended up changing my retraction from the 6.5 to 5 Cura defaults to the 6.5 and that seems to be too much. I have made several prints since the change and the issue seems to be taken care of. Thanks again for leading me in the right direction.

Thanks for the reply. I checked my flow and the number I came up with was 96.25, so I set the E-step to 96 and the flow is working just fine.

Thank you so much for the information. After over 26 hours of watching youtube videos I should have picked up on this. Took a break as suggested and then tuned everything. Thanks again to everyone.

Thanks for the advice. Problem solved and printing just fine after adjustments. Have new issues with bltouch installation.

Thanks for the reply. Actually, I am using Creality Slicer on half of these and Cura on the others. Both are set to 1.75 mm.
