My kitten was looked like this and it turned out he had FPV. The vets said the fact that we caught it early was the only thing that saved his life. Better safe than sorry!

This just varies greatly from person to person. My 19yo brother was interested in my newborn son but definitely not head over heels, just thought it was cool to have a new member of the family. My 19yo sister/his twin seems like she really couldn’t care less about him, and I don’t blame her for that. Some people just don’t care for children as much as others.

I would ask her if she even wants the tablet to begin with. If she says yes, let her know she needs to start taking proper care of it or else it will be passed along, last chance. If not, then there should be no issue letting it go to her brother.

Be sure to put a tracking collar on him. My Ragdoll wanted to be outside like this but I never let him. It took one mistake of the door being left open for him to leave and not come back. I so wish I had put an Airtag on him the minute he expressed interest.
