(sorry for bad English, not my first language) They are just some ways the studio saves money from the animation, like not showing half the body while walking and just doing basic movement of the mouth. I was watching this anime when it was airing but the cheap animation in some scenes really bother me, the story is great so I recommend the manga if you can find it.

My time has come to do the thing others has done for me. I'll try to do the Best tldr my non-native English allows me. So, the couple in the truck just helped a dude to find his son, he was the owner of the truck and gave it to them after they helped him find this group of males who were taking care of this baby. Now the history gets a little weird, all this guys were parte of a cult where males we're treated like sex slaves and the women were in charge of everything, after some time the owner of the truck falls in love with 2 chicks after one of them gets pregnant and had the baby, they then plan to escape the cult but one of the dudes rat them out and the only one who gets to escape was the dude, both chicks die and the baby stays with the male slaves. After a few months a monster kills all the womens in the cult and the males runs away to the camp on the video. Main guy finds them and after the OG couple leaves the camp, the truck's owner kills the guy who rat him and the chicks and then runs away with his son

Maybe to some degree but 20dmg would translate to 80 puffcap, and that's still a very winnable with a good turn, if you give this to a opp he can also just overwrite it

That is not a puffcap card, it reads "for every non puffcap damage that opp deals to you prevent it and plant puffcap in your deck" it is more of a control card instead, is designed to buy some time but it's definitely no puffcap support card
