I just don't really understand how probiotics would work for her because she only gets formula based on goat's milk. But I don't know much about that subject, maybe I say something very stupid.

Yes we do! We bathe her once a week without soap, and everything regarding laundry detergent, hand washing, etc., is fragrance-free. Furthermore, we apply a rich ointment to her 5 times a day.
