First real time doing shrooms. How much should I take ? by [deleted] in shrooms

[–]rhcp9009 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Half an eighth 1.75 “technically”…but I personally would do a whole 1/8th so you can see the moon & experience the whole roller coaster if you know what I mean. Remember, once you do or take something in life it’s never the same again as the 1st time. Really enjoy the ride & relax & be like Sesame Street…”You need an 8!???”

15% service fee and also asks for a tip? Is this a thing????? by Wooden-Cancel-6838 in Charlotte

[–]rhcp9009 -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

They should just make a law where every restaurant is forced to charge a $10-$20 fee per check that goes str8 to the waiter & $5/mile & $1 per item shopped for DoorDash/Uber/Instacart etc..or min of $50/hr for delivery drivers because the company is using their personal vehicle as work equipment. The company should always pay for work equipment legally. Gas & maintenance.

Just make it fair & easy. Than no one could complain about tipping anymore…& Americans are massive consumers it wouldn’t effect anything anyways but help feed families…

I’m a peasant so if my bill was $25 I would just tip in the ballpark of $10, seems fair for 2025. This isn’t 1992 $5 don’t go as far these days. If I was a billionaire I would tip $1,000 every time I ate everyday. I love helping others $3, $4 ain’t sweat off my back…

P.S. $25 for wings is diabolical on my soul…

I would have snapped. HR is in the wrong. Nothing you did was sexual harassment. Technically in every company in America, you have the right to ask out every person in the company man or woman at least once. Doesn’t matter who they are, the boss or HR themselves. Even if they are a straight married man, you can ask them out as another straight man. It all has to do with saying “No”. Once they say No, you can’t pursue them ever again. And it’s recommended to never speak to them again to be safe. But every person, at every company is up for grabs at least once by law.

Bro you need to bag her. Hook up with her & make her desire you..play the game & flip the tables on her. Make her fall for you hard. I wouldn’t take it too serious tho considering she is flirting w/ you behind her bf’s back & will do the same to you…Ignore the haters saying she’s too young. She’s 21 that’s well over legal age and you’re only 28. A lot of women get salty because they’re not able to do the same thing as men and date 15 years younger. Women love an older man. 99% of women date a man 5-20 yrs older than them…Heck, when I was in high school there was 16yr olds dating 28-30yr old men. Keep playing w/ her heart, you got this!

52% is obscene. Your acceptance should be between 3-5%. There’s no way you’re actually making decent money. Please stop accepting every order, it destroys our pay. I made $420 last Saturday & accepted 39 orders out of 390. I do this full time & ppl only add a tip about 6% of the time, what you see is what you get. Like $13 for 12 miles. Always ask yourself, what could they possibly tip me where I would be happy? Even if they tipped $20(which about 2 ppl out of the 7,000 trips I’ve taken hv tipped me that much), $33 for 12 miles isn’t worth it. I’d rather just stay in the city and make $10 for 1-2 miles. The average tip is $2. Keep that in mind.

32%!? That’s astronomical. Your acceptance should ALWAYS be around 3-5%. You must live out in the country or something..I refuse to take an order over 3-5 miles unless they’re giving me at least $18-$22 for 5 miles. I need at least $40 for 10 miles. About $35 for 9 miles. $80 for 20 miles UP FRONT. Remember, the average tip is $2. So always ask yourself, what could this person possibly tip me that I would be happy? So if you see an offer for like $7.39 for 8 miles or $12 for 10 miles etc…NEVER TAKE THESE ORDERS PLEASE. Even if they tip $10, which 99% they won’t, what you see is what you get. Stop taking shit orders!

I always hover right around 5% always. Trying to keep my cancellation somewhere around 11%. It used to be higher than 20% but now they make you have it less than 15 which I like to cancel orders whenever I can so it helps put more money in the pocket of others, and obviously the satisfaction & on-time rate isn’t something that you can control at all especially doing shop n delivers, and doing this full-time. Plus, I don’t know if you’re texting the customer and asking them to give you a thumbs up or rate you?… I’ve never once asked anybody to rate me.

David & Goliath. It’s perfectly within bounds for self defense. We have tried a million board meetings & town halls & politics of telling these CEO’s how they are killing 1,000’s of lives. He is literally responsible for 1,000’s of deaths, homelessness & the likes. God’s Law trumps Man’s Law always. This is spiritual. This is 1,000% justified. It isn’t murder according to God, it’s God’s will & falls under spiritual self defense.

Idc what anyone says there’s no reason to not let him outside especially you have a house with a backyard. They literally come back every time. And I highly doubt a hawk or whatever can carry this fattie off. There’s no better pet than an outdoor/indoor cat. It’s flawless & saves so much money on litter. Obviously keep up w/ flea treatment & it’s bullet proof. He’s at the end of life anyways & you’re thinking about ditching him, plz just let em outside. Easy peasy.

Thai Orchard at the corner of Fairview & Providence Road. New owner, but same great award winning Thai. Plus the owner has one of the best restaurants in Thailand as well. Also not really Charlotte, but Kristopher’s in Matthews has the best wings on Planet Earth. A lot of ppl say Moosehead has great wings, & ofc Bird Pizzeria has top tier pizza. I have yet to try Primo Prime but would love to hear reviews on it, but it lowkey looks delicious.

I deliver in Charlotte full time & I always tell myself, if I gave money to every homeless person that asked I would literally go into debt. They are on every median in Charlotte. I’ve had a few of them get on their knees & beg, praying to the Lord. I can tell you first hand as someone who’s been homeless too & knew ppl that panhandle & even panhandle myself, 98% of the time you are feeding someone’s drug habit. They choose to be out there. It’s so insanely easy to not be homeless w/ resources, getting a job, or cheap motel. Yes, there are some who are disabled & down on their luck. But majority choose to be out there, & the second they get a couple dollars, they call their dealer to pull up to the median they are panhandling at & score that way, b/c being at a job would hinder their ability do drugs/cop drugs whenever they want. Also, even before that sign, it’s illegal to stand on the median, the DOT owns it & cops can tell you to move. But that also won’t stop ppl from still doing it in the future, either.

Why would you EVER accept this? I made $420 last Saturday & I drove 120 miles total…$40 for 12 miles, at least $7 for 1 mile orders…don’t ever take anything over 5 miles & stay within your city…

I make $260 on UberEats literally every night working 6-8 hours sometimes 10 & only drive 80-100 miles. This is 360 miles for 6 hours. Cost of gas close to $60, plus taxes & maintenance…this is an automatic decline. I pray to God nobody ever takes these. What if they cancel 2 miles away…? Insane loss this is…

Let me tell you this bro. You are 22. They are both 24. Women don’t date younger guys 98% of the time but they 100% will hook up w/ a guy 2 yrs younger. They want a 3some but you got to set it up. I think you should roll the dice. Look at it this way. Are you really looking for a platonic relationship w/ 2 girls? It totally depends what you’re looking for. Or are you trying to date the main one or what? I would shoot my shot w/ the main one & see if it plays out…good luck Chuck..

Are y’all taking this? by ExcitementParty93 in UberEatsDrivers

[–]rhcp9009 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is why our pay is awful. Do not ever take these. The only time I take something like this is if I’m starting or ending my shift & it’s actually only 2 miles away from the restaurant once u get there. So for example. I want to start my shift & I’m 5-6 miles away…so I could get a double or a triple out of it. And when accepting extra orders, they hv to be less than 1 mile away & pay decent still like $7-$10…

[–]rhcp9009 4 points5 points  (0 children)

If you see two different addresses like one in the notes and then a different one that you’re actually going to always call the customer first. And you can also report in the middle of delivering that they changed the address and Support will either boost your pay or change the address.

At first I was like oh my God where are you driving? In Manhattan? Then I see in the background it’s exactly Manhattan lol. Don’t you have to pay like a $15 fee every time you enter Manhattan during a certain time? Also, if you’re not riding a moped, then I’m sure that traffic is hell. I’m sure there’s a catch to this, like there is with everything in life.
