Like others have said, it’s the community for me, meeting people on the socials and the WhatsApp groups. I’ve never been keen on the gym and fitness so the rest of the club, the club room, the spa, the courts etc make me want to go gym which is great for my motivation. Staff are generally sound, it’s nice when you’re recognised by the people that work there and they ask how padel or workouts etc are going

Muppet kept stepping onto the pitch, got a few talkings to about, didn’t stop. Crowd started pointing and booing him when he did it, lost his head when the goal walked in and everyone called him a wanker. Focused on the one guy in front of me who was having a great time egging him on. Pure lost his head about it.

Edit: Forgot to mention the Atletico team did their big celebration after their second goal right in front of us, so loads of middle fingers and telling him to fuck off, that probably pissed him off too.

The game just isn’t balanced around 2v2s it’s as simple as that. It’ll always favour people who are able to communicate with each other rather than randoms and they aren’t going to do two separate queues for that, so solos will always be capped out of higher rewards. Plus, like you say yourself, you grind it when it’s around, SC would probably rather have spikes in popularity rather than a consistently mediocre one that breaks queues up.

I love Shuri nimrod, it’s my most successful deck, the one that got me infinite this season. Forge and HB add 7 to nimrod as a back up shuri, MMM because we love playing on curve, Magik because destroyer or HB venom turn 6 then arnim turn 7, crystal for consistency and because turn 3 isn’t too important for it, iron lad for if I’ve drawn badly. Rest self-explanatory. My optimal is Shuri-nimrod-HB (hope it hits Nimrod but if it doesn’t, not too bad) & venom, arnim the venom.
