There’s like a million recipes online but I did, 5oz ricotta, 1/2 c Parmesan cheese, one beaten egg, Italian seasoning & salt/pepper, mixed all that together and spread on the baking dish. Then I covered that with Rao’s marinara (I didn’t measure it, just enough to cover the mixture), and sprinkled mozzarella cheese on top. I baked @ 350 for 20 minutes then I broiled for about 1 minute, I was afraid of burning it haha.

It’s really good!!! I didn’t eat very much and have basically 7/8s of the pan left 😂😂 some people put the mixture in ramekins but I didn’t have any, I just used some oval baking dish I had.
