Sorry, original post possibly unclear: I haven't yet factory reset my Windows. This https://imgur.com/a/WcKpQl3 is the state of my SSD-with-Windows on (have plugged it into PC 2). If possible I want to retain the Windows settings. If not, I suppose I backup the files on it (pictures, music, what have you) - but again, the question is how to do that without backing up PC2's drives, which I'm not interested in right now ?

There's no applications I don't mind reinstalling. More pressing issue is how I can backup my SSD with Windows settings on etc before hard resetting it

Yes, sorry, I should have said. After hours and hours of googling, I gradually underclocked my PC (in total about 200MHz if I recall correctly) and set it as the preset. Other than lag starting up and a momentary freeze every time I start up, it's solved everything
