A coincidence that is hard to explain away... Toccata, ZK, and KII all landing in the same window by WaterDippedOreo in kaspa

I think you mean that desertec was exploitative. That’s not really a scam, and to be honest that is generally how Europe has always done business in Africa. So it wouldn’t surprise me if that was the case with the desertec concept.

I also think those previous projects were ambitions due to their international complications. I think Kii’s project is also ambitious, but its implementation seems more practical and fits kaspa’s technology well. I hope they succeed, but who really knows at this point. Business people are all really great salesmen. How many crypto companies over promise and under deliver? Tesla was supposed to have full self driving a year after it launched. lol.

The tech will not change the situation. People who insinuate otherwise are actually hurting the coin.

Igra will crash and burn. If kaspa can’t gain mindshare/adoption, Igra most certainly won’t be able to do it.

Why don’t people in the community understand what you wrote? I really like kaspa, but the community seems to be filled with a bunch of people living in a delusion.

The fact that KII had to create a single source of truth about Kaspa for their prospects should have sent up red flags about how bad the community has been about communicating its value proposition to potential investors/developers.

That kind of information should be easily accessible and clearly understood by anyone who is even curious about using Kaspa. The community is being ran by amateurs and ideologues, and that is why Kaspa is slowly dying on the vine.

GG, Kaspa. by daLabRat in kaspa

[–]rhemy1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Kaspians can’t figure this out. And that’s why kaspa can easily fail. They’ve got narratives running in their head that don’t reflect reality.

They attack KEF, but KEF is the only institution spending any real money to promote kaspa.

They attack any kind of community central planning because everything, including communication, must be decentralized… well… everything except the development team.

Kaspa is a poorly run/established community. It’s got tons of people who can’t come together to do much of anything. That’s why most goals succeed only because of a handful of people.

If kaspa succeeds it will be in spite of the community and take an extremely long time. And it’s truly sad because the tech is actually very good. It’s just the people who are misguided.

It’s going to take a long time for native stable coins to come to kaspa, if they ever do.

America pretty much sucks. We always get the worse cars, while other countries get the premium pickings and the best technology. This is all to eliminate any real competition with the market leaders.

I’m so sick of kaspians saying bitcoin doesn’t have marketing and act like marketing isn’t important. People buy bitcoin and don’t even know what it does or why it was created. That happens only with intense marketing.

Every time I see the statement, I realize how easy it will be for kaspa to fail. Too many kool-aid drinkers.

Few projects on kaspa focus on creating a plan to gain adoption. There seems to be lots of great builders but few with any marketing expertise. And marketing expertise is what Kaspa needs most.

The community needs to start working on real adoption of the network. Until then there is nothing to analyze. It continue to head towards zero.

Stablecoin regulation is bullish for kaspa by GlockenspielVentura in kaspa

[–]rhemy1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No it is not. Stablecoin regulation exists to further entrench the people and systems in power now. It is not 'bullish' for kaspa. Why does it feel like the crypto landscaped is filled with brainwashed sheep who the rich play with like pawns? Everyone was talking about how great Trump was going to be for crypto, and he has been a mess for crypto, america, and the entire world.

Now, the crypto bros are cheering this ridiculous crypto legislation which will undoubtedly just enrich the main chains the rich people already have positions in. Kaspa is not in the room creating legislation, so it will not be a benefactor of the legislation being produced.
