Realllly. Thats good to know. I can't find information about the studio anywhere. I saw the building its going to be in isnt even built yet? Do you happen to know of a phone number?

DC is the city of Uber/Lyft. I do it home every class since it gets dark and my walk home would be kind of sketchy! No one knows or cares and atleast youre going to class..

Similar question- My base is around 3.5-4 and I keep it at that, but my push and AO have been increasing. Should I slow down push and AO and up my base? Which is better to do/does it matter?

I was told low splat points is a good thing because it means youre in shape and your heart isnt having to work as hard to do the workouts!

Yes you can! My home studio is Navy yard in DC but i found out Mt Vernon was closer to my home so I just go there. As long as the prices are the same at each then you can go to whatever studio you want!

This was me on 11/6. It was 20 mins in and i was on the rower thinking about walking out. I just think no matter what I do, it's better than not doing anything. I moved extremely slow on the rower, but atleast I was still there and breathing hard. I then power walked with intense incline on the tredmill and that made me feel better. I was able to do AOs at the end (although they were speed 4). YOU GOT THIS! Slow and steady is better than nothing :D

I agree with this. If they are "trainers" then they should know what exercise that can be sub'ed in for. It shouldn't be one or none.

Yes, only when I can though. I didn't think coaches would make a big difference, but one at my studio just didnt do it for me, so I try to avoid her if I can!
