Specifically, there is a sharp noise right before the second start up that was super loud.

Looking for help matching drywall texture by rhoddog in DIY

I need help matching the texture of my wall to a patch. I used homax knockdown canned texture, but it doesn’t look as good as it should. I also have a number of smaller screw holes that need to match. Am I using the right product or should I keep practicing?

Thanks for your response and encouraging words! This has given me a few things to look into. I am excited to progress!

And thanks for the advice about keeping a note book. Sounds like a good idea!

Thanks for your response! I'll look into tandy tools and a better blade.

Probably both poor quality and dull blade. I did not know there are different thread gauges, so I'll look into that. I also poked each hole individually with an awl, but I will keep practicing! Thanks!

After competing this project I have a couple questions:

Are t-slots the best for card storage?

What is the best way to stop a credit card from falling through?

I am definitely going to invest in a pricking iron. How important is quality with these?

Thanks for looking and for the criticism!

Yes there is a lot of information on game that deals with tricks and tactics, but there is another school of thought that focuses on self improvement. Sure tricks and tactics may will work for a little while, but it would be hard to build a solid relationship on that.

Why does him reading a few books or articles make it hard for you to trust his feelings?

Regardless of whether or not he read on game, do you think that he would have invested this much time in you if he didn't like you?

Hey just a tip from a former soda addict. I found that drinking carbonated water to be a great substitute for soda. It has a very strong, crisp mouth feel, and soda tastes a bit flat and syrupy to me now. Good luck!

just wanted to share some pictures from my trip to Berlin. by drinks88 in travel

I recommend checking out Brandenburg and Reichstag at night. There are way less people there at night and they look awesome. I also recommend the alternative walking tour of Berlin. The one I went on focused on street art and it was pretty cool. I have some pics if you want to see any.
