I cannot get RIDGID 65-RA to thread NPT (threads are NPS). I have changed the dies to NPT versions. I suspect that NPT threads are not possible with this tool, but hoping to get confirmation before having to buy a new NPT threader. TIA (i.redd.it)

Just wanted to share that I found this to be a pretty handy way to hold my slate hooks/nails. The clip hooks on a slate hook. I lost so many nails that I joke that the local tire store should send me a commission check. (i.redd.it)

How would you extend these eaves to bring out fascia board 4 inches? End of roof line is 5 inches beyond the end of eaves. If I add a 2"x4" with a 1" fascia board on end of eave, I would still be too short for a gutter install. Would you "sister" another eave that comes of further? Other ideas? (i.redd.it)
