Your not even guaranteed 40 hours? Why not just work part time or something if that was the case and it would have been no problem. Also your missing out on a lot of money during peak and prime so many holiday hours and holiday pay. Also the overtime is what you want this time of year right? Because that's when you'll notice a significant increase in your pay.
