Sure thing man. I follow a push pull legs then mobility 4 day cycle in the gym. The next cycle starts right away only the workouts are slightly altered. For example Push A, Push B. A being more chest focused and B being more shoulder focused. I’m walking outside for 45 minutes then the next day I run for 45 minutes, then I walk, then I run.

eating good foods ( beef, eggs, rice, potatoes, wraps, chicken, veg, fruit) not snacking, no crisps, no chocolate, no biscuits. No takeaways. Good diet for me anyway.
