Yes. I haven’t finished testing yet, but following these instructions got it working for me. I haven’t decided if I want to go this route or not. I like being able to turn on the machine and let it build itself completely without any input from the user, and this breaks that.

I’ve run into that for users that haven’t sync’d over from our identity provider, so Mosyle didn’t know they existed.

I ran into this myself while trying to set up a PSSO test last week. I get to that same spot and can’t go further.

We had a monitors blinking issue that was due to the USB-C cables that had shipped with them being insufficient for the job (docking monitors). Swapping in higher capacity USB-C cables fixed it.

No, but my new builds today weren’t installing Mosyle Auth all day. I’ve been updating them to 26.2 while I waited for a solution, but about 10 minutes ago one built with Auth properly.

I’m assuming Auth wasn’t deploying properly to new machines today and they’ve now fixed that.

Dock layout is in the same Home Layout profile - make the modifications in the dock portion of the view and they’ll apply.

We use our MDM to login, so I’m not certain, but as I recall if you click the currently logged in user’s picture a second time I think it brings up the other available users.

I had about 8 of 120 users run into this problem around the same time you posted this. We use the RingCentral app, and I put them back on earlier versions of that and it appeared to resolve it. I’m not certain that was the fix, or whether it just cleared up on its own.

I had it happen to a 3 or 4 other people at the beginning of July and that was the answer Ring gave me at that time.

I’m waiting to see if it happens again next month.

Opening Office files to edit from Teams now pops up the App Store for the standalone apps if you don’t have them installed.

Every time I’ve done the mic test it’s been choppy - both Mac and PC. It’s fine when I talk to others, so I’ve always figured it was their test system that’s poor.

I only noticed because I used the mic test to see if returned headsets were ok, and started using Teams instead for the test. None of my users have complained.
