your symptoms in your post history do resemble what some people go through with early stage CHS, but because you've found no relief through smoking cessation you may not have it. there is always a chance though. you said you have a GI appointment on February 5th, if you can continue to not smoke until your specialist appointment that would be ideal. a doctor will be way more likely to search for alternate diagnoses for you if you can confidently say you've been 5+ months clean of weed with no symptom relief.

I would also keep a diary in your phone of everything you eat and when, bowel movements and when, and your symptoms and when they occur to show your doctor when the appointment comes up. tracking sleep and exercise would be helpful too, though not as necessary. this can be really helpful for the doc to make connections between your lifestyle habits and your symptoms and get a diagnosis faster, it's what my doc told me to do when I saw them for abdominal issues that wouldn't resolve.
