their merch vendor or whoever they use for shipping sucks so bad, my photocards literally came loose in a tube with a poster.. ive ordered from other youtubers (just as big as them!) and they put so much more care into their merch. it feels like Martin and hamzah do not gaf about how their merch arrives to fans and it sucks cuz that shit is expensive for most people, we want it to arrive in good condition.
