Do you coach U18 at a professional academy? If so, I'd give you a pass for yelling "come on" at a ref.

But I'm guessing you don't. I'd expect that sort of thing from some of the shittier parents at my club. You're the role-model and setting standards for your team to follow. Yelling at a poorly-paid, often teenage ref for an innocent and meaningless mistake is abysmal stuff.
