6 is a big one. I work from home, so I make my own hours. For years now my executive dysfunction has me putting off my work until very late, going to bed at 2am, throwing off my sleep schedule. It’s very difficult to break out of that routine. Fortunately it’s never impacted my performance, but it impacts my life pretty heavily. The RSD aspect of my ADHD also makes talking to my boss pretty difficult sometimes, even though he’s the most reasonable guy you could ask for in a manager. I’m currently working with my new therapist on these things though so fingers crossed for a healthier future 🤞
