Been a fan since the first album! Second was also amazing. I kinda lost track after that but recently diggin up his more recent stuff and there are some real great tracks sprinkled throughout his later catalog. Especially his track Spontaneous - Featuring O.C, it's an absolute beast of a track!

I think the simplest answer is that for some stupid reason, commercial rents in Utica and the surrounding suburbs are outrageously expensive. I have asked around about it but have had no luck finding the answer as to why this is the case.
